I Was Able to Budget for a Luxury Apartment in the Boston Area

I understand that we need to balance our own budgets. We do need to manage credit card debt as well as our overall living expenses. I work out the math of my budget for everything from whether or not to own a car to how much I should pay in rent. Then I take the numbers and use the information to get the most for the money I will be spending. On a whim I looked for a luxury apartment for Boston. I thought that it would not be possible for me to afford a nice apartment in an area I really wanted to live in. I spend a lot of time at the beach in Revere, Massachusetts, and I wanted an apartment close by.

I actually found a luxury living place packed with amenities such as a pool, fitness center, work stations, fire pits and barbecue grills and really nicely kept courtyards. Plus, even in a studio apartment you get a balcony and big windows. I had to go take a look. They have studio, one bedroom and two bedroom apartments. They have several versions of studio apartments as well. The different flooplans offer varying layouts as well as varying amounts of square feet. I’m young, so I really liked the smallest studio apartment. It has a nice kitchen with quartz countertops, and the flooring in the apartment looks like hardwood. It is really a classy space to live. The storage is more than adequate, and the size of the bathroom is comfortable as well. The best part is that I can afford to live right next to the beach in Revere!

I enjoy the water and am driven to be in it every day that I can. I will even surf when it is cold. This is the place to be for surfing, boating, fishing and more, and it is all easily accessible from my luxury studio apartment in Revere just outside of Boston.
